Welcome to our VE classroom website!

My name is Michelle Fenton and I am excited to be back with my Harvey Sharks for another fun school year! I am welcoming my first child (baby girl) this summer and plan to return to the classroom on October 9th. 

I am originally from Raleigh, North Carolina and have lived in Florida for over 20 years. I grew up in the Manatee County School District and graduated from USF Sarasota-Manatee with a Bachelor’s Degree In Elementary Education in 2011. I taught first, second, and third grade with EBD and ESE inclusion at Moody Elementary for seven years before graduating with my Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis in 2019. I also became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in 2019. I worked at Easterseals Southwest Florida between the K-12 school program and leading the behavior therapy department for several years before starting at Harvey in 2022.
